Make Money in a Recession <<< CLICK HERE
How would you like to make money all day long, be your own
boss, and decide the hours you work. What if you could decide the
neighborhood you want to live in, decide the schools that your
children go to, enjoy time with your friends and family, and at the
same time watch your income double or triple each year? This is
the lifestyle we have and we can show you how to enjoy a better
lifestyle for you and your family.
Be very careful! You have a choice. You can leave this blog or you can find out how ordinary people are taking control of their financial futures and earning an extra $1000-$6000 per month
part time working from their homes. You are probably saying,
“this is to good to be true.” Well it is true and we can show you
thousands of people who are doing it and loving their lives. We
will teach you step by step and help you on your Pathway to
success.
Before we got started with this opportunity we barely got to see
each other. I was a retail store manager so I worked all the time. I
felt like a slave. Every once in a while we would get the same
days off from our J.O.B. (journey of the broke). That did not
happen very often so we would always do something special. I
remember one time we went down to the beach. We were driving
along looking at the houses and we thought to ourselves, how
could people afford these million dollar homes? How did these
people become so successful? Was it their education? Did they
inherit lots of money, or was it just luck?
I always wanted to know but never had the guts to go up and ask
one of them. Until, I reached the day that changed my life. I was
working over 60 hours a week. I was stressed out. I was gaining
weight and my health was starting to deteriorate. I had absolutely
no energy. (I had a customer of mine that used to come into my
store and spend thousands and thousands of dollars.) He was in his
early 50’s, was in great shape and had a healthy happy glow about
him.
He was living a dream life!
Not only was he wealthy but he had an incredible lifestyle. He
used to come into my store when most normal people were
working and spent hours shopping. When I would ask him “what
had he been up to lately?” He would reply “playing golf, traveling
and having fun.” I always wondered what this guy did to become
so wealthy and so happy. Than one day my assistant manager at
the store asked him how he became wealthy and that was the day
that changed my life! What I found out was he just knew more
than I did and he had a proven plan for success.
Knowledge was the key to his success. If you want to become
wealthy you need to study wealth. This is your opportunity to
learn how ordinary people have built extraordinary incomes. Are
you ready to learn? Great! So was I that day and it changed my
life. I had been working at the same place for eight years and I
found myself $20,000 in credit card debt and nine months behind
on my property taxes and I knew that my plan toward financial
independence was not working.
I would have to come up with $50,000 just to get to broke and I
didn’t want to be broke. I wanted a nice home and nice cars to
drive. I wanted to be able to give my family the things they
wanted. I wanted to be able to send my children to the schools I
chose. I wanted more freedom. I didn’t want to end up like some
of the people I worked with, two in particular, who were in there
60’s and still working because they could not afford to retire. Here
I was their boss at age 26 telling them what to do and also making
more money. I did not want to end up like them.
That day my mentor showed me copies of his checks and at that
point he had been in business for two years and was making
$18,000 per month. I thought if he could make that than I could
make the $500-$1000 a month part time that I so desperately
needed. I got started and our first month we made $1481profit.
The second month $3,300 and a light bulb went off. I was making
more money part time than I was at my full time job. By the
eighth month my wife and I were out of debt and doing the
business full time. We are now earning a nice six-figure income
from home.
I am grateful that I was wise enough to realize that if he could doit and earn checks like that- WE COULD TOO! Visit http://www.earn2ez.com/

The Perfect Storm - When Tragedy meets Opportunity <<< CLICK HERE
The Perfect Storm
Every where you look people are freaking out about the economy.... The USA has slipped into the worst recession in History.... The stock market is a joke and Layoffs are at an all time high.
Even the companies that were rock solid Icons of American might have been cut off at the knees. Even in the financial mess that has been created by the housing industry there is still hope.
Because with trajedy comes opportunity.... The secret is being able to find the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

Success is Easy <<< CLICK HERE
Success is easy when you understand the dynamics. Alot of people ask us the secret to our success. Why we continue to live successful lives while others are not. At this point to give you the secret I would literally have to right a book as there are many reasons for our success. Today I will cover a few.
Alot of this is common sense and easy to do but what is easy to do is also easy not to do.
Today the Topic is Advertising equals Breathing.
To your business Advertising equals Breathing. Stop even for a short while and your business will die. I have seen many people fail. Why you may ask? I wish I had an answer for you but that my friend is a mystery of life.
Here are 10 secrets that will make a huge difference.
1. Persistance - We advertised and continued our wheel slots without fail every run.
2. Tenacity - We never quit as tough as it was at times we never stopped our advertising.
3. Consistancy - Day in and day out. Even when we were on vacation. Because we knew we would be out of action for a spell we would bump up our ads. While others would stop their ads we would double them.
4. Massive Action - We advertised more than anyone else we new. More than our upline and more than our downline.
5. Fun - Although it took alot of work we have a blast! We make everything we do fun, simple, and magical. It is all in your state of mind.
6. Retail - We have always had a large customer base and strive to pay all of our house bills still to this day with retail sales.
7. Recruiting - We focus on doing the numbers so that we can sponsor 10 a month. It is a numbers game. That is how we built a huge royalty check. Our forever income.
8. DMO - Daily method of operation. Because we keep track of what we do success is easy. Once you have found your plan and DMO all you have to do is execute that and achieve incredible results.
9. Distractions - We learned to discipline our distractions. Life goes on. Wether you start a business or not. The key is to not let distractions keep you from doing what you need to do everyday.
10. Advertise - Don't quit your advertising. Advertising equals Breathing.

8 Keys to Succcess
What It Takes To Reach Your Potential
by Lee Johnson
#1 is PASSION
#2 is THE ABILITY TO TAKE A RISK
#3 is HIGH SELF-ESTEEM
#4 is PERSISTENCE
#5 is BEING NICE TO WORK WITH
#6 is WHO YOU KNOW
#7 is BECOME A MASTER OF YOUR TRADE
#8 is TALENT
Talent is the last thing you need. You have to have some of it, but you do not need a lot. Too much talent is often a handicap. Things come too easily and there is little incentive to push, to make use of the talent.
I know highly talented distributors who refuse to practice the daily disciplines. Distributors who are so arrogant no one wants them around, distributors whose egos are so inflated they are a pain to deal with, and others who are so impatient at getting what they want, they never master anything and, therefore, never do succeed. I prefer to surround myself with positive, successful people, people who are enthusiastic even though they have yet to find or develop what talent they may have.
A talent is the natural ability to do something extraordinary. We all can do a lot, but some people have been gifted with talents that go beyond what others can do. What are you talented at? Do you know?
Success is not a matter of being talented. Notice it is last on the list. A little bit of talent, combined with the other seven keys, will lead you to success. I know many people who are talented, but lack one or more of the other seven keys and they fail to succeed.
Do not blame your lack of success on your lack of talent. It will be your attitude that will determine your altitude, not your talent or lack thereof.

Be the best that you can possibly be every day, develop your self as a leader. Practice and teach and help others to see their own greatness. Become a master of your trade and stay in for the long haul. Success is a journey not a destination. Don’t quit before the miracle happens and give your self a break. It takes years to build a successful business and even longer to master your trade. After 11 years of work I continue to learn and have break throughs in development on a regular basis. The key development is to focus on getting 1% better everyday and be patiently patient. Have belief in yourself and know that what you think about you will bring about and remember whatever you belive you can achieve. Remain positive and become a master of your trade.

If you are nice to work with, the next will follow. You need to know and be known by people, who will help you, sign up in your business, buy your products, and give you advice. Here is a list of people you need to know and be known by:
Good Teachers - People who know what you need to know and can teach it to you in a way that you learn it.
Coaches - People who know your limits and your potential and will help keep you close to your "edge" of learning and growing.
Peers - Your friends and classmates, people who are on the same rung of the ladder as you, who are striving as you are.
Masters - People who are successful in their careers who can look at your work, your process and your career and give you valuable feedback, feedback you will accept and follow.
Mentors - A master with whom you have established a working relationship, someone who is wiser, accomplished and will help you understand the limits and possibilities of your projects, your process and your creative life.
Your Clients - The people who will buy your products, and join your business.

#5 is BEING NICE TO WORK WITH
Why is being nice important? Because it will be other people who will help you acquire the skills to succeed, help you discover and develop your vision, give you a lasting success. If you help enough people get what they want you will get all that you want.
People want to help others, but only if they show a willingness to work, to contribute and are nice to have around. People want to have positive, enthusiastic people around, people who will solve problems, not create them.
Think about it? Are you a problem solver or a drama queen? Are you the first to celebrate what’s happening or the first to complain when things are not? When production is down are you the first to step up and do more and rally the team or are you the complainer that starts pointing fingers?????
Are you a team player? Do you bring value to the organization? If not when is NOW the right time to start???
Be a team player, be a problem solver, and most importantly, be NICE.

8 Keys to Success
What It Takes To Reach Your Potential
by Lee Johnson
#1 is PASSION
#2 is THE ABILITY TO TAKE A RISK
#3 is HIGH SELF-ESTEEM
When I first started my business I had a very LOW self-esteem but through personal development and time I now have a very HIGH self-esteem. This is an inside job and if you are like I was there is definitely hope. If I can do it and succeed so can you.
So the key is to believe in yourself. Think well of yourself. You are not boastful or egotistical, but do have an honest understanding of your talents, handicaps and are working toward getting better. Jim Rohn really helped and there is a link at the bottom of the blog to his free newsletter.
#4 is PERSISTENCE
Persistence is definitely one of the 8 keys to success. I am shocked at how many people throw in the towel after a few months or better yet never even start. All I can say about this one is that quitters quit. It's what they do.
If you are serious about being your own boss and succeeding in business. Get rid of the words try and focus on the words just do it! The key to success is in the daily disciplines. Try is the battle cry of failure. No doubt about it.
What a major difference there is in the words I'll Try and the words I'll Do.
When your building your financial future how long is long enough? Well, it will take 10 years. I have asked hundreds of accomplished entrepreneurs and distributors how long it took before they felt they had mastered the skills and craft to succeed.
Ten years has been their unanimous answer.
If it takes 10 years, then how do you spend the time wisely? It will take at least two years to acquire 70 percent of the craft you will need to work in your opportunity. It will take another eight years to acquire the next 20 percent of your craft. At 90 percent, you will have mastered your craft, but there is that 10 percent that will take a lifetime to acquire. In the meantime, while working to master your craft you will also be learning and acquiring a personal vision, your ability to see, to observe, to create and discover things. This is difficult at first, but the older you get the wiser and more aware you become. Craft and vision are your tools for success beyond your wildest dreams.
Persistence takes discipline. Discipline is simply doing what you know you need to do, even though you don't feel like doing it. The first thing is knowing what to do. Most people do not know.
You are reading this, so you are interested in finding out what to do. Make a list. Next, find the willpower to do what's on the list. This is the most difficult part of all the keys - finding the positive willpower to do what you know you need to do. We all wrestle with discipline for it does not come easily, not even for the most successful. Just Do it!!!

8 Keys to Success
What It Takes To Reach Your Potential
by Lee Johnson
#1 is PASSION
#2 is THE ABILITY TO TAKE A RISK
I do not know anyone who has succeeded who has not been able to take a risk and then live with the consequence - success or failure. Risk avoidance is a sure way to remain mediocre; being safe does not promote personal growth. Failure or making a mistake is not a bad thing; it's proof you were exploring new ways to do something, and that's better than playing it safe. I have never seen anyone succeed without taking a risk.
We learn from our mistakes, not our successes. Really successful people embrace risk. They can sustain a high level of ambiguity; they do not need to know where they are. They do not mind being lost, for they call it just taking the longer, more interesting way around.
Remember success is a journey not a destination. Choose SUCCESS!!!!
